Yes we do have a bar located in our Harris Park locations where you can have pre-dinner drinks. Unfortunately at this point our Crows Nest location does not have a bar where you can have drinks.

Are you open for breakfast?

Yes all our locations have wheelchair access and we have Disabled toilets for your convenience.

I would like to bring my 2 year-old to dine with me. Do you have baby-chairs or do I have to bring my own? Also do you have nappy-changing facilities?
There is no need to bring your own baby chairs as we have our own. When making a reservation please advise your Customer Service representative to make a note of this. Our baby-changing facities are available in both restaurants and are located in the disabled toilets.

Bundu Khan is a kid-friendly restaurant and we welcome children of all ages. We offer a kids menu for under 12’s. click here to view the kids menu.

Does Bundu Khan offer a gluten-free menu?
Bundu Khan has a large selection of gluten-free items available for those customers who have ceoliac disease. Our gluten-free menu items are indicated with a GF symbol. It is imperative that you advise you waiter when placing your order that you have any allergies. We have taken every possible care to ensure that the items indicated are allergy free, however as they are prepared in an environment that contains allergic ingredients certain items may still contain traces if allergic ingredients.

Yes we do cater for people with certain allergies. When placing your order it It is imperative that you advise you waiter when placing your order that you have any allergies. We appreciate your concern regarding pork products in our menu items. Pork is primarily used as a flavor enhancer and traditionally is a common ingredient in Italian cooking. Our pork is called Pancetta. If you do not consume pork due to religious reasons please advise your waiter when placing your order.

Does Bundu Khan offer a function package?
Yes we do offer a set menu option for large groups (12+). Set menus are compulsory for large groups (12+) as this ensures the group eats all at the same time. click here for our set menu packages.

I have organised a large work lunch. Can we pre-order our meals as we are limited in time?
Yes we do allow you to pre-order your meals. We prefer you place your pre-orders at least the day before your booking to guarantee they are on time, however you can send your pre-orders through at the latest 1 hour before your arrival time. I have organised my birthday party at Bundu Khan. Can I bring my own cake?
We do not allow BYO cakes, however we have an amazing selection of cakes for you to choose form on our online cake shop. Varieties include Black Forest, a selection of cheesecakes, Choc Mud, Profriterole cakes, cannoli’s and so many more. Please click here to make an online order.

Do you offer a drink package for large group bookings?
Yes we do offer a drink package for groups. The first option is a 3-hour unlimited local beer, local wine, house champagne, soft-drinks and bottled water for $32 per person. Our second option is a 3-hour unlimited soft drinks and bottled water for $16 per person. When making your reservation please advise the Customer Service Representative of your drinks package choice.

I made a table reservation for 12 people and entered my Credit card details. Does the money get deducted right away?
No your credit card will not deducted when you make the booking. Your credit card details are kept on file in case of cancellation.

Is there a cancellation fee for large group bookings?
Cancellation fees are for groups of 12 or more.
14-30 days notice –10% of the set menu selected per guest will be forfeited.
3-14 days notice - 20% of the set menu selected per guest will be forfeited.
48 hours or less – 50% of the set menu selected per guest will be forfeited.
The reservation is acknowledged once the Booking Form in acceptance of the Terms & Conditions has been received.

The client shall pay the full amount at the end of the function either by cash or credit card.

Once we receive your online reservation together with your credit card details you will receive notification via SMS within 48 hours.

Final numbers will be confirmed on the day of the reservation. The final confirmation will determine the cost of your complete function.
